Here at Wild Moose headquarters, we're busy baking cookies for Christmas. So naturally we went online in search of moose-related cookies.
We found these adorable Ginger Moose cookies from Rebecca Russell.
These "cocoa-rich, intense" moose-dropping cookies aren't quite as adorable (and the title on the original recipe isn't, either), but the recipe sounds delicious.
Cabela's sells this cute moose cookie jar to store all those cookies.
Enjoy!

Match the Juice Moose and his friends
We have two links for today--an online game and a hands-on project.
First is a memory game (Concentration) in which you match cards featuring AJ the Juice Moose and his friends. It's from the American Fruit Processors, and the game is here.
Then, in the spirit of the holidays, here's a FamilyFun project for edible Christmas decorations. Mm-moose is made of cookies and candies, and you can even build a winter wonderland to surround him.

Moose facts and fun
Two links for today!
National Geographic has lots of facts about moose, including a printable fact sheet and an audio clip (see the Multimedia area) in which you can hear a moose.
And, just for fun, here's a link for Moose Tracks ice cream. It's inspired by moose ... it's ice cream ... what could be better than that? I think my favorite would have to be Extreme Moose Tracks. Which flavor looks best to you?
